✅ Eligibility Criteria
For BRP:

Must be a resident of Paschim Medinipur
-
Age: 25 to 55 years (as of 01.04.2025)

Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any field + 6 months computer course
-
Experience: At least 3 years in SHGs, NRLM, rural development, or NGO work
-
Must be physically fit and willing to travel
For DRP:

Same as BRP, but:

Requires 5 years of experience

Must have one-year diploma in Computer
-
Preference for graduates/postgraduates in Social Science, Social Work, Rural Development, MBA, Animal Science, Fishery, or Agriculture.

Mobilize and build capacity among Self Help Groups (SHGs)

Conduct training and awareness programs

Monitor NRLM activities like livelihood promotion and MIS management

Liaison with banks and departments
-
Prepare reports and presentations as needed
-
Attend meetings, workshops, and field visits
📝 Selection Process
The recruitment process involves three stages:

Written Examination (BRP: 70 marks | DRP: 80 marks)

Computer Practical Test (BRP: 20 marks | DRP: 30 marks)

Interview (10 marks for both posts)
